Return and Refund Policy
RETURNS
Product returns are allowed within 48 hours of delivery if the product(s) received by the client are damaged, have a size issue, or are incorrect.
If the mistake is not the customer's fault, Fineclothes will cover the cost of return shipping.
To request a return or exchange, please use the website's footer.
Once the item(s) are returned and inspected, the customer can receive a refund to their bank account or have the correct product(s) sent out at no additional cost.
Most items purchased from Fineclothes can be returned within the given time frame, unless otherwise specified.
This Agreement becomes void if the product is damaged during transit.
REFUNDS
If payment was made in advance, the order will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, an email will be sent to inform the customer.
Within 5-7 days of receipt, the customer will receive their refund/reimbursement.
